40th Maui Marathon Race Weekend Time to lace 'em up for one of the world's premier marathons. This year is our 40th edition with a point-to-point course that skirts Maui beaches; takes you through splendid canefields and ends at the world-famous Kaanapali Beach Resort. If 26.2 miles is a stretch for you Maui's race weekend also includes a half-marathon, Maui Tacos 5K Run/Walk and the Run Forrest Run Front Street Mile for a full weekend of running excitement.
